Payment and Billing

We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. No project details, financial information, or personal data will be disclosed to third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice (typically 30 days, unless otherwise specified). Upon termination:
- All work completed up to the date of termination will be invoiced.
- Any outstanding balances will be due immediately.
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately in the event of a breach of these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
Rize Developments is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.
Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. The most recent version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Edmonton, Alberta.
